Can you guys help my friend interpret his dream? No one is merciful enough to answer him seriously! Can you?

I think it might have to do with the relationship he has with family. Maybe the fact that he was an alien represented him feeling like an outsider or weird compared to others around him. And maybe the groups of people represent the people in his life who put him down or hold him back in his life, and his family in the dream that were protecting him probably represent the fact that his family may be the very ones who can help him through his struggles in life.
