Do you think this means I did good or bad on my job interview?

Well, it sounds like you might have said too much and included too many personal details which is usually not very good in an interview. You want to be as professional as possible. However, you did well to ask about the specifics of the job which is in your favor. But since you haven't been on an interview in a while - think of this as a learning experience. Think about all of your answers and how you could have done better. When asked about your supervisors in the future, be prepared to say something like "I worked for 2 supervisors with very different personalities and was able to get along very well with both of them." If they ask you for more detail it's ok to say that one was a young single female who was easy for you to relate to, and the other was a very professional man who you had a lot of respect for. It was ok to let her know that you will be out of town on the 24th because of a previously scheduled trip, just not so many personal details about your birthday and Vegas. It sounds like maybe you talk to much when you get nervous? If this is the case, try to catch yourself at it and take a deep breath and pause long enough to think about your answer before you answer a question. Please see the web page below for more information on how to prepare for and handle interviews.
