In a day(5 people) my whole family got head lice...OMG!!!..?

if you slept on the couch and then woke up and found out you had headlice then that night AFTER you did treatments and go rid it it all...disinfected everything with spray and bagged up all pillows clothes blankets and almost every possible thing,can you still get head lice from your couch after you been treated??cause my mom is freakin out!!!
