My gift came back to me? Re-gifting?

Ok, let me try to explain this....my husband is on a boat, and the wives club does a "secret pal" program....basically you get a secret pal, and you have a secret pal...you give them gifts during the patrol, and your secret pal gives you gifts during the patrol. Today, my secret pal dropped off a gift for me, and I was totally amazed that it was the gift, I had given her. (A homemade, movie style tub, with theater candies, and popcorn, and sodas) It was definitely mine, since I hand made the tag for it, and it came back to me, with my handwriting still on it. Now, on Saturday, I have to tell this person that I am her secret pal...oh, and she's an officer wife, and my husband is enlisted...I don't know what to do...she's going to be mortified, and I know it....or maybe not. What should I do?
