Wat does this mean?

My bff & i were walking up the staircase in school during luch period and after going up one flight of stairs, two male security guards that likes us & knows we like them too emerged from the doors & my bff said, “candice, run!” I didn’t see them at first, so I just ran behind her and I heard one of them say, “Yo y, come back here! Why yall always in the hallway?” and then I turned back to see which one said that(cause i was in shock)& when I turned back, one of the security guards(the real y one)looked me up and down real hard and fast with watery eyes then just zoomed out the door with lightening speed. Then the other one(Nice lips) came out and just stared at me like he was looking deep into my soul or something for like 10 seconds straight and then I walked down the stairs in a hurry & still, he watched me. then the next day, Nice Lips was staring at my bff mad hard & said"hi u 2" then rubbed his shoulder on mines on purpose, comes real close to my face,&looks at my ***.
