Of course your sad, maybe your mom is tricking you, maybe shes not. If your old enough to want such an expensive present you should also be old enough to know what the financial situation is in this country and in your house. Reflex on that for a little while. Whether she gets it for you or not, please don't be a brat to her. Be grateful for whatever is under the tree for you and thank her. This has been a hard year for a lot of people, hopefully your family has been spared some of that but if not just don't be a brat about it. You sound mature enough to not to. Merry Christmas.
