Can someone help me with a thyroid question?

My doctor sent me a copy of my lab results and said I need to see a thyroid specialist but never said what was going on. I'm hoping someone on here might be able to tell me something.my thyroid peroxidase is 272. my thyroglobulin antibodies is 92. t4(thyroxine) is 6.90 and TSH is 2.960. I can't get into see the doctor tell the end of next month and My family doctor is on vacation for the next two weeks. Thank you for any help/advice/diagnosis you can give me
