Should I tell my friend that her recent plastic surgery has made her look like Bruce Jenner?

I heart you for trying to be such a good friend to someone with such obviously poor judgment. Why on Earth she wouldn't have come to you for advice in the first place before considering plastic surgery is beyond me. I think you have done enough to help this unfortunate girl and if she was dumb enough to make herself look like Bruce Jenner, well, she can just go to the bar and start her new life tomorrow! Good riddance to bad rubbish!
