Weird birthmark shape is it suppose to mean something?

I have a birthmark in the shape of a coffin on my left shoulder and I have heard birthmarks mean something like your birthday date in astrology. Its kinda scary thinking about it being the shape of a coffin so Id feel better if someone told me it doesn't mean anything, but be honest.
