Ask the vet dogs?

was given 3mth pit/beagle 'cause of behavioral probs,wormed her, chained her up outside. she had never had been chained before...choked self. I got to her quick enough. problem is she has been listless & non-eating/drinking since, has red for whites in eyes, has lost 1/2 her weight can't coax anything down her, even canned food any advice? sick from wormer/experience/or homesick for owner?
