Nearly 100 killed and many injured in multiple explosions in Iraq and Bush won that war?

Seems to me it is an epic failure that cost the taxpayer more than the Health Care bill ever will, destroyed our economy and killed more of our young soldiers than 911 did. Tell me what do you think. Did we win the war in IRAQ? I am still looking for the article showing where the WMD's are.....Uhhhh, republican Presidents...
