i used to go to the gym everyday but now i dnt. and i used to do the pec fly machine and curls with the machines and lat machine and the chest press machine. i want to try to do similar or better work outs at my house because i just got a bench with a straight bar to bench and curling bar and i was to do some great work outs every day to get bigger and gain m and muscle. and gett ripped.
