Can my 5 month old have cows milk?

i am on my last two bottls of formula and I have no way to get anymore. I am such a stupid worthless mom that I lost my wic coupons, and my sons formula is pregestimil which is 30 dollars for a 1 lb can. I don't know what to do. I don't have credit cars or anything like that. My mom siad she would help me but she lied, I just don't know what to do. I don't even deserve to be a mom. How can I be so stupid!?!?!
