How do I get my boyfriend to be more ertive?

My boyfriend is a sweetheart, and I love him dearly. I just really want him to MAKE A MOVE on me!!! I ALWAYS have to initiate , but the thing is, it would really turn me on if HE did it! Literally, if I don't grab him or even just bring it up, we just won't have . It's not that he doesn't WANT to, I guess he's just shy about it. But we have been together for more than 2 years, and I'm starting to feel like he's just lazy? Or... I don't even know! We have a very loving relationship, but sometimes, I don't want LOVE (you know what I mean? Hehe). I send him suggestive texts throughout the day, and today he even answered the door with his freaken shirt off, and then went off to find some food to make instead of JUMPING ME. I even asked him why he hadn't attacked me yet, and he replied, ".....uhhhh I thought you were hungry?" I know he is attracted to me. I stay in shape, make an effort to look good, make sure he knows I think he's y, but I just can't get him to be dominant, and to be honest, sometimes I want to feel like the girl, you know? HOW DO I DO IT?
