What to get a guy that has everything?

My friends best friend loves guns and has about two of anything he should ever want, He already has money and loves guns but doesn't want anymore. What kind of gift should he get him. They always get extravagant things for each other but are out of ideas this year. Any ideas out there would be very helpful.
