Can some one tell me another way of saying this?

Where do I see myself in life after high school? What career do I want when I grow up? How will I get there? These are questions I ask myself every time I go up another grade. Right before I know it, I will be out on my own trying to make something of myself. And boy, do I have big plans. I have decided to become a culinary arts chef. Going to collage, opening a caf�/bakery (plan in the back), writing a cookbook, and creating my own television show are some of the thing I want to do. And yes, I plan on achieving those entire goals. It is never to early for me to get a head start now.
